They give you a packet to review and you discuss it with the interviewer. there were three interviews back to back. first with the manager then two partners. each interview is about an hour.

First round phone interview with recruiter. Friendly, talkative, excited about the role/company. Required work in the office if I remember correctly. Estimated salary “just short” of 80k. Passed on second round interview.

Over the phone interview. The interview shouldn't last longer than 30 minutes. Very friendly and kind. Do your research prior to the interview and should be fine. Also, make sure you have something personal about your attraction to the company to say in your interview.
