I applied online. I interviewed at Whitney Museum (New York, NY)
Interview
it wasn't too difficult group setting which is off-putting but nonetheless okay it was nice to have a one-on-one with managers of the department afterward for sure in which you where able to express yourself more
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
questions regarding customer service as well as membership offerings of the museum etc.
The woman who interviewed me chastised me for being less than 5 minutes late, when I had literally gotten the e-mail for the interview 1 HOUR before and that was the only time slot available to choose that week. I knew we would not get along after starting off on the wrong foot and did not enjoy having her as my supervisor.
