I applied for Whole Foods Market not knowing anything about the company. I simply needed a job to pay my school bills. A little time had gone by and I assumed they weren't interested but around 2 weeks later I received a phone call from the Team Leader for a phone interview. The interview was pretty laid back, and by the end of the it she invited me in for another interview. The in-store interview was around 20-30 minutes and included not just my Team Leader, but the Store Team Leader and Assistant Store Team Leader as well.

I walked in and asked about my interview then they sent two employees. Both of them asked me 2 questions, then answered my question about the orientation process before ending the interview.

Completed the online assessment and then within two weeks I received a phone call to set up a in person interview. In person was straight forward, one in person interview that followed with a phone call that offered the job.

The team leader was very nice, just asked background and your overall experience if you had customer service or not. they just looking to see if you have experience, good work ethic, respectful
