It is a panel interview which can be truly scary. If you are new to the company and applying at corporate, it is usually stacked with a hiring manager and corporate employees unless someone else from the stores is in the house that day. When applying at a store, its usually the TL, ATL or sometimes STL or ASTL. Some questions might read like "Why do you think you're a good fit for Whole Foods?" and "What about Whole Foods do you like."
