I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (West Orange, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
I first applied online and within two weeks or so I receieved a phone call from the store manager. She did a quick phone screening and told me to come in for an in person interview. When I got there I went to the customer service desk and informed them I had an interview. He calls two managers over and they start to ask basic interview questions. After that she told me to wait for the store manager whom will ask me a few more questions. I did so, and was offered the job spot on. She sent me my background check through email, I filled it out online and they got back to me within two weeks. When my background check came back cleared! She called me and let's me know when to come in for orientation which will be May 6
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Interview
Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
