The interview process was overall very encouraging. It was simply one face-to-face interview with the ATL of the store, then immediately the Team Leader of the department. The whole process took about 2 weeks. They are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and who are knowledgeable about healthy living, as you will be teaching customers and helping them to live a healthier lifestyle.

I walked in and asked about my interview then they sent two employees. Both of them asked me 2 questions, then answered my question about the orientation process before ending the interview.

Completed the online assessment and then within two weeks I received a phone call to set up a in person interview. In person was straight forward, one in person interview that followed with a phone call that offered the job.
