four separate interviews asking about my resume, skills ,training,experience,availability.Interviewed with store manager and department heads.They gave me an outline of what their company is like.Open door policy,lots of diversity,respect and acceptance. Different policies.This is an exceptional company with many professional cooks and prep cooks working there.Everyone is a team member, they are considerate and kind at all times.They thought that I would be a good fit because I have 22 years of retail experience.I left feeling excited about new opportunities. There is definitely room to grow in this company.
