Applied online through Chicago Hires. Whole Foods called and left a message. When I called back, they immediately gave me a phone interview (screening) without any advance notice. I should have researched them on Glassdoor, but I didn't.

Question 1
They asked me to define the term "GMO" and give them an example of one. They asked me what I knew about their company, but I was not prepared because I did not expect to be interviewed tha soon. I should have researched that before applying.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
