I had an interview with 2 of the kitchen supervisors,maybe 20 minutes and then with the human resource manager. Received an email next day with offer of employment.The questions were basic,you should know the stores core values and why you want to work in that kind of place.

I applied online and then received an auto-response email asking to take an online assessment. The online assessment was kinda tricky and I'm not sure what the correct responses was.
After taking it, I went into the store the next day to introduce myself and turn a hard copy of my resume in (this was self-directed).
I was subsequently called 2 days later to schedule an in-person interview. It was a great experience and I was hired in the spot!
Asked question about experience, what would previous bosses say about you and your work ethic, are you a team player, etc. We conducted the interview by the coffee/kitchen space.
