Panel interview with store management, team leadership and team members. You have to provide a short opening statement and closing statement to bookend the interview questions.
You also have to supply an action plan with what you want to accomplish in a leadership role in the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
There was additional homework about implementing cross training.

Straightforward and friendly. They care about how you interact with your team. Opportunities for growth in the company with this position. Initial phone screening ~15 mins long. 2nd interview is an in person panel.

The interviews were done completely remote. It was several rounds. First with just the store team leader and then the next round was with the store team leader, the regional produce director and my team leader along with the HR representative known as TMS. After that interview they told me I would receive a call either way and I ultimately received a call that the job was mine.
