I was called about a week after applying online for a phone screen. The interview was organised for the same week. First I had about a 15 minute, 1:1 interview with the head of the department I was applying for. They then brought in one of the managers and I had another brief and friendly interview - this seemed something of a formality; as long as the department head was happy then they were happy. Questions were very typical for a customer service role.
