Way more complicated than necessary, very self important. A five person panel interview where you are expected to have "vision" and an "action plan" for being an assistant department manager at an overpriced grocery store. Ridiculous.

Panel of leadership. Usually around 5 or so. Questions range from accomplishments to handling difficult situations. Come with an "action plan" that includes goals you'd like to reach within a certain amount of time.
