Opening the store ridiculous. The hiring process was something out of Brave New World. They gathered up a room full of potential new hires and made us all do weird charades and theatrics and play games and improv. All the while senior and middle management sat in a crowd all watching us taking notes on each of us, I assume looking for incredibly subjective personality cues and signs that show they were easily manipulated or something. It was incredibly creepy. It was an indoctrination of cult members, by incredibly brainwashed cult leaders. They never did give me the job through that group interview. I was later called last minute before the store opening and offered a job without any sort of interview whatsoever.
