Interview
The interview process is a walk-in interview, so you got to be prepared and look really presentable to them. Relax and be yourself. The payroll specialist wanted to know why I wasn't hired as a manager when I was working for another bakery. But said I wanted to be closer to home. But I was more than qualified candidate because I also worked in the organic grocery chain as well, and had the necessary skills to be successful. The interview went well, but they were too picky on choosing candidates that want to work for them. Sometimes they are just losing a very qualified candididate for the position they are hiring. So I found another great opportunity from a competitor.

Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Interview
Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
