Interview
The process was very casual, but took a while.I came in about 5 minutes before my interview and I was instructed to sit in the café area until the person who would interview me was freed up. Spoke with her for about 15-20 minutes and she decided that at that moment that I was a good fit for the job. But she wanted the shift leader on the floor to meet me first. I waited another 15 minutes until he was freed up to speak to me. We spoke for about 20 minutes discussing overall health issues and safety concerns Whole Foods Market takes very seriously. After that, he gave an approval to hire me on to the team as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in Dec 2023
Interview
I thought the interview was fun. I interviewed with two people and they asked various questions, like, What did I hope to get out of this job?, What do I anticipate being the most difficult part of the job? They were both super nice and I really enjoyed talking with them. Then I met with another manager and he asked a few more questions. Overall it was a great experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market
Interview
The interview process is a joke. You apply online then get an email for a personality test that has NOTHING to do with customer service and all about how you would handle situations that have nothing to do with being a cashier. After that you get bombarded with emails to follow them on social media. It makes me wonder if this was an actual application or just a marketing scheme.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Pasadena, CA) in Mar 2022

I applied online to their job application section. Its portal was easy to use and uploaded my resume. Shortly after I applied, I received an email to schedule an initial call. I didn't go further than the initial round. About 2 weeks later, I received an email saying I wasn't selected.
