Applied on-line, and was called pretty promptly for an interview. It was pretty low-key. One of the less stressful interviews I've had. Not very long. I met with one of the 2 team leaders. They got back to me within a few days and made me an offer. He told me a few things that helped me to understand the job better. They are mainly concerned about availability. They weed through a lot of people after they are hired. Mainly because they have a very strict time and attendance policy, a lot of people get fired over that.

Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
