Online application through WFM Workday, then panel interview with 7, yes 7, people. Interview felt weighted toward to other applicant from the beginning. Did not take any of my prior experience to account.
Why whole foods? You could choose any other grocery store why not them and why Us. We have a good culture here and we also have a very very good staffing
