Interview
I applied online. I received a call to come in and do a group interview at 3:00. We were finally taken to a conference room at nearly 4. We were given name tags and had to go around the room and say if we were over the age of 18, our work history, what customer service means to us, and finally why we wanted to work at Whole Foods. Afterwards the team leaders told us about themselves and their positions. We were then split into two groups and given two different scenarios to see how we would handle them. Next, we filled out forms on our availability and shifts we could do. Make sure you bring your resume. We were told we would get called back to a second interview the same day or the next if we passed the first.
Scenario: You are ringing up a customer and the customer says the price is wrong. At the same time another customer comes to your register and needs help. How do you deal with this situation?

Interview
I thought the interview was fun. I interviewed with two people and they asked various questions, like, What did I hope to get out of this job?, What do I anticipate being the most difficult part of the job? They were both super nice and I really enjoyed talking with them. Then I met with another manager and he asked a few more questions. Overall it was a great experience.

Interview
The interview process is a joke. You apply online then get an email for a personality test that has NOTHING to do with customer service and all about how you would handle situations that have nothing to do with being a cashier. After that you get bombarded with emails to follow them on social media. It makes me wonder if this was an actual application or just a marketing scheme.

I applied online to their job application section. Its portal was easy to use and uploaded my resume. Shortly after I applied, I received an email to schedule an initial call. I didn't go further than the initial round. About 2 weeks later, I received an email saying I wasn't selected.
