I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Baton Rouge, LA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was overall very easy. It was customer service based. They all seemed to ask similar questions (team leaders in each department). It was a very relaxed and conversational type interview. They did ask regular customer service questions that very straight forward and easy to answer. After the interview you have an orientation day before you start and that is kind of a long day, but you do get paid for it.
