Basic phone call with a lots of questions about your experience and why you want to work for WFM. After a telephone conversation, they invite you to an interview in the store with several other candidates but they did't invite me.

Question 1
Tell me something about yourself? Why we should hire you? What do you know about the company? Why we? What you can do for us that other candidate can’t? Tell us about how you can work as a member of team to put the costumer first?
Very casual, yet note: this was after the pandemic had hit so they were very adamant on getting new hires and floaters. However the interviewer was very polite, and had also asked me on my own interests outside of the company as well. It seemed like they wanted to see who I was outside of just working.

Intricate and personal questions, interview was 45 minutes just to figure out simple tasks and their needs being qualified. This wasn’t bad, just seemed like overkill for a glorified grocery store
