Immediate and Brief. I enjoyed the personal touch of getting to know me in such a brief time. I felt welcomed and excited about joining the team . When I first came into the store, I introduced myself in the front and the managers came to see me right away. They discussed my role, and why did I want to join WFM.

Describe a situation where you solved a problem for a customer?
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
