I submitted an application on the website, after 3 months I was interviewed by the team lead, who asked me about the specifics of my work history and my work ethics. She was very friendly welcoming and explain the duties and responsibilities she was hiring. After meeting with her I received a second interview after a week to meet with the assistant team lead and the store manager, this second interview focus more on the principles that lead the whole foods culture. So it's important for anyone that's interviewing to highlight how their work experience alliance already with the whole foods principles which are listed in the website.
