Step 1) Initial screening and interview with recruiter. Step 2) Video interview with computer-prompted questions that were timed. Step 3) (After being recommended to a different position than what I’d applied for by the recruiter) In-person interview at Regional Office with 10 Panelists. I felt misled by the recruiter, since it was clear in the final interview that they were looking for someone with FAR more experience than what I had, though that wasn’t clear in the posting or the initial interviews. It doesn’t help that WF was also reorganizing it’s structure and their titles don’t clarify the alignment. I.e. “Managers” actually report to “Team Leaders.” After figuring out the structure [the hard way], I’d recommend the recruiters do a better job of screening applicants and helping them apply for the jobs they’re the most applicable for. Nobody wants to sit through an hour-long ten-panelist Interview feeling embarrassed, and I’m sure it wasted their time as well. The hiring manager was really nice in the follow-up call, so I’m sure they were just as concerned with the applicant vetting process.
