Overall it was a very straightforward interview process. All the usual questions like "why do you want to work for us" and some unusual ones including "if you could only cook and eat one dish for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?" I had one phone interview with the Assistant Team Leader before being invited for an in-person interview. I completed the first in-persoon interview and the ATL showed me around the department afterwards. A few days later, i was called for a second in-person interview, and was offered the job!
