I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Newport Beach, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I interviewed with two shift supervisors at the same time. It was a little intense at first, because my nerves were making my adrenaline pump, but after a few questions the anxiety eased down. They were straight to business with me and asked me a lot of corporate like questions. Overall it was a good experience. They really want to make sure that you are a good fit for their company and at times they were asking me questions based on a sheet of paper that I believe they are required to use during the interview process. After I interviewed with the two shift supervisors I interviewed with their boss. It was a little more comfortable with him because I had already been answering questions. The only disappointment I have is that the position I applied for online stated it was full-time and they weren't sure if they had full-time and said part-time might be an option. Part time wouldn't be the worst because overall this is a really great company to work for from what I've heard and read on their website.

It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
