I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Pittsburgh, PA) in Dec 2018
Interview
I filled out an application online, honestly not expecting much in terms of a response. Within a few days I received an email with five or six interview-style questions that I promptly answered. A few days after that I received a phone call from a team leader in which he asked me a few additional questions about my work history and told me that he wanted to schedule an in-person interview as soon as I was available . I ended up coming in for two separate interviews and was more or less hired on the spot following the second interview. At the end of the interview I was told that I would hear back from them within a few days, but I ended-up getting a phone call before I even left the parking lot and was offered the job position. Throughout the entire process, they did an excellent job communicating with me and working around my then current work schedule. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience at a different location, but mine went very smoothly and was pretty much as painless as possible.
