I attended a hiring day event. I submitted my resume, and filled out the required information online before the event. I was hired on the spot after an in person interview with the leader of my team. This event gave me the opportunity to interview with several departments, but after I was offered a position with my first choice, the Bakery, I did not do any other interviews. For the event, as long as you submit things before hand and sign up you will get an interview no matter what.

Q: Are you comfortable working with food, following food safety standards and being in a kitchen?
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
