It was group interview, 2 groups, recruiter asked questions and we did some tasks, when recruiters looked how we communicate with each other. After that they select some people and we had anoher interview with hiring manager, he asked us some questions about working schedule, personal information,after that we went home and after 4 days they suggested me an offer.

I thought the interview was fun. I interviewed with two people and they asked various questions, like, What did I hope to get out of this job?, What do I anticipate being the most difficult part of the job? They were both super nice and I really enjoyed talking with them. Then I met with another manager and he asked a few more questions. Overall it was a great experience.

The interview process is a joke. You apply online then get an email for a personality test that has NOTHING to do with customer service and all about how you would handle situations that have nothing to do with being a cashier. After that you get bombarded with emails to follow them on social media. It makes me wonder if this was an actual application or just a marketing scheme.

I applied online to their job application section. Its portal was easy to use and uploaded my resume. Shortly after I applied, I received an email to schedule an initial call. I didn't go further than the initial round. About 2 weeks later, I received an email saying I wasn't selected.
