I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Glen Mills, PA) in May 2013
Interview
I only went to a Whole Foods once before this interview, It was a standard interview, ask me about past jobs and experience. I applied for a pizza cook, got an email two days later asking if i'll be interested in a dishwashing position to call in. I called and got a one person interview on a friday, about 20 mins. He was happy with me so I got a second interview on Monday. This time I went to the kitchen area and ask for a team leader, she gave me a quick talk, then I got called by the store leader and started the interview. This time it was a two person interview, about 25 mins and I was done. Two days later I receved a call that I got the job.
Interview process is straightforward and easy. The questions asked are your basic questions and nothing out of the ordinary. They are not there to stump you on anything. Just show up looking decently presentable and you’ll be fine.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market in Sep 2021
Interview
Super easy and casual. You first meet 1 manger and then proceed in the next interview with the department manager. From there you if all goes well, you and extended an offer
Quite straightforward. No trick questions. Two different people interviewed me. One was my department leader and the other was the store leader. They were clear that the job was quite demanding and physical.
