I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Wynnewood, PA) in May 2019
Interview
3 interviews. This is the longest interview process I have been involved in. First interview was going okay until the interviewer kept cutting me off in the middle of me answering a question. It was really frustrating. Second interview was very chill, the man was very nice and just got to get a sense of who I was during the interview. Third interview was a negative experience. Firstly, the store manager told me that I would be interviewing with one manager and when I got there, there was two. It is very important to let people know that. It makes someone get more nervous than they would be. This manager asked me questions about herbs and certain spices as well, assuming that people would know this. She asked me what does dill taste like and I politely told her I have never tried it. The 3rd manager I interviewed with was very aggressive, not like the others. She told me I would hear something back in 24 hours and I didn't. So, I waited 6 days before following up with the manager and he personally responding to me that they decided to pursue other candidates. I just kind of hate that I went through that long interview process to not get the job. Better luck next time

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in Dec 2023
Interview
I thought the interview was fun. I interviewed with two people and they asked various questions, like, What did I hope to get out of this job?, What do I anticipate being the most difficult part of the job? They were both super nice and I really enjoyed talking with them. Then I met with another manager and he asked a few more questions. Overall it was a great experience.

Interview
The interview process is a joke. You apply online then get an email for a personality test that has NOTHING to do with customer service and all about how you would handle situations that have nothing to do with being a cashier. After that you get bombarded with emails to follow them on social media. It makes me wonder if this was an actual application or just a marketing scheme.

Interview
I applied online to their job application section. Its portal was easy to use and uploaded my resume. Shortly after I applied, I received an email to schedule an initial call. I didn't go further than the initial round. About 2 weeks later, I received an email saying I wasn't selected.
