About 2 weeks after applying online, I received an email inviting me to do a one-way video interview. There were about 7 questions that assessed my background and salary expectations. About 2 weeks after submitting the video interview, I was invited for an on-site interview and given instructions about conducting "Due Diligence". This was probably the most frustrating part of the process as I had to coordinate phone conversations with 8 different people in the one week's notice. Once I was able to get a hold of everyone, I admit, the information was useful. I was also asked to create an action plan for how I would adjust to the new role. The final step was a panel interview with the 8 people I spoke to during Due Diligence. I found this part uncharacteristically unstructured since about half the questions were not predetermined; they were asked in response to my introductory pitch and my responses to other questions. I was told beforehand that the interview would be 30 minutes long and they adhered to that time frame. I was notified the next day that they'd offered the position to another candidate. Overall, it wasn't terrible. The questions were pretty standard and I was kept informed throughout the process. No hard feelings.
