The interviews were done completely remote. It was several rounds. First with just the store team leader and then the next round was with the store team leader, the regional produce director and my team leader along with the HR representative known as TMS. After that interview they told me I would receive a call either way and I ultimately received a call that the job was mine.

Very basic situational based questions. We give you time to think and sometimes give the questions ahead of time so you can prepare and not feel so much pressure and say what you really mean

Was contacted by recruiter via email to set up a time for him to call me for the position in Seattle, WA. His email to me was, verbatim, "Hello (candidate, using candidate to not disclose my name)- have time to chat about the position you applied for?" It seemed as if he was forced to contact me or just was trying to reach out to as many candidates as possible and truly didn't take the time to review my background. I responded with the data and time I was available. We both agreed upon that time. Time for the phone interview came and he never called. A couple days later I received an email stating that "we have decided to pursue other applicants. This was a very difficult decision given the high volume of applications and quality of the candidate pool." This was puzzling to me as I was never even give the chance to interview for the position. Overall, a negative experience with this recruiter and Whole Foods.
