The entire process was great until the end. I didn't live in the Austin area so the first 3 interviews were over the phone with HR, the Hiring manager, and then the Director. After that, they flew me to Austin for the final interview. Everyone was nice and the final in person interview was very relaxed. The only negative in the entire process was that I never heard back from the company. Not even to let me know I didn't get the job or that they went with someone else. A few days after the final interview I got an email from HR about setting up a call to talk. It felt like a positive email. I responded that the day and time he suggested was good and that's the last I heard from them. Didn't get a response to that email and never got the call from them. Emailed them one more time after I wasn't called but never heard back. Kind of bizarre, but even then, the experience was pretty positive and every one was nice.

- Round 1: 15 minute interview to get to know 2 senior associates. Felt pretty good about how it went.
- Round 2: Had to present a case study project to 2 senior associates: Michael Prue and Sam Hassell.
These 2 from round 2 were the worst interviewers I've ever had. Lost interest in the position half way through the interview because of how they handled themselves. Michael made his passive aggression and frustration very prominent during the whole interview. Sam gave me the spotlight to ask questions only to cut me off every single time to tell me to hurry up. (There was plenty of time left). If you don't answer a specific question exactly how Michael wants then be ready for a passive aggressive comment.
