Applied online - Recruiter reached out the following day, with an OA to take home. OA was similar to LC easy to medium level, sent back the same day. The following day recruiter called and had explained about the team and gathered my information, he said my scores were good and will forward to the hiring manager. After the call there is 0 communication of whatsoever. Little disappointed. The recruiter was nice though, not sure where it went wrong.
