The interview process was a little stressful. While the recruiter made me feel comfortable and at ease in our conversation, their method of interviewing is a little unorthodox. I had a screening interview with the recruiter first, he did most of the speaking but it was informative and gave me a good ideal of the culture would be like at Whole Foods Market. I was selected to move forward with the process, subsequent, the next step was give to give a timed-recorded interview. I’ve only had to do this type of interview one other time, and I wouldn’t definitely suggest to do away with it because it gives you no sense of the interviewee’s personality.
