I had applied through the WF website and surprised to be invited for an interview not more than 2 days later by email. I noticed over 20+ slots were filled up for an interview appointment, between 10 and 5pm. Originally in-person, the interview was moved to online via Zoom. Don't worry if yours doesn't start on time (mine was 10 minutes behind schedule). 1000% recommend scheduling somewhere between 12-1pm, only because they hire on the spot and you may be without an opening by late afternoon. Following a successful interview, it was explained that there'd be 3-4 forms to be filled up and work starts within 3-4 days.
