Quick and easy, showed up to the location and interviewed with the manager. Unclear upfront what position you are interviewing for. The questions didn’t seem too relevant to the position but the manager was nice and transparent by the end, if a little confusing at first.
Group interview and individual interview on the same day. Asked questions about how we would work as a team to help an unsatisfied customer. Then asked individually about our interest in working for the company.
