There were questions about work experience, and easy general conversation, then a request to demonstrate skills. I was asked to do a simple cake decoration, and everything was provided for me to work with. It was fun and casual and I was accepted the job quickly.

The process to get the job at whole foods was fine. The rest of it wasn't terrible at all. Lots of questions. Fun tour. Wouldn't recommend working there at all.
Interview process was super easy. Low pressure. Very casual. The manager was open to pay negotiation. All of the staff was welcoming and kind. The workplace was very clean and organized.
