I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Applied online. I received a phone call the next day requesting an interview and was asked a few screening questions. Three days later I went in for the interview with the team leader and another team member. It was very casual and relaxed and there was a bit of cracking wise, so it's important to remind yourself that it's still an interview. The questions were fairly standard for a customer service job. The interview seems largely to be about feeling you out to see if your personality is a good fit for the team. The best approach is to just be yourself and be honest. After about 30 minutes they thanked me and said they'd call me the next day to let me know if I had the job.
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

Question 1
What days are you available to work? Any vacations coming up?
VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
