It’s easy to get hired. They just do a simple phone call interview and ask a few questions and if you give a good impression you basically have the job!
Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
