Interview was very easy. I went during a hiring fair at one of the stores. Met with an associate store manager. Was asked the usual questions. The next day was called and hired to schedule orientation for the next week.

Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
