The interview process is quite easy, understandable and transparent. An interviewer emails you with all the details afteer confirming time and date with you, they sometime share what we need to prepare for the interview with some practice questions. they tell you what they expect from the ideal candidate and accordinly we can prepare.
overall, i really feel comfortable to get interviewed after understanding the company's need.
