Set it up with a bot. Was able to pick a time either in person or online. Easy to change or cancel etc. Took maybe 10min to do tests and background info before interview.

The interview process was one of the best interviews, I've had. The vibe is a dialogue versus a question and answer format. They try to get to know you and your strengths.
