I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Paramus, NJ) in Jul 2013
Interview
I attended a group interview. The interview took place in the cafe area where they had team leaders for different departments. I was interested in the prepared foods section so I signed up for that interview. I sat with the prepared foods team leader and we had a brief discussion of why I would fit in the department. He asked about my experience and availability. At the end of the interview he offered me job on the spot. After that I needed to go through orientation and fill out all the necessary paperwork.
