I like the atmosphere. Whenever i shopped all the cashiers were nice. Seems like a positive environment. Plus i decided for a cashier job because im shy, and i want to step out of my comfort zone.

I would love to work for Michaels because I personally have spent much time in the store as a customer. I know where much of the stock is already and I enjoy the enthusiastic atmosphere around me. I feel like I could be comfortable and work hard here.
