The reason I would like to work here because it's been my passion to work with individuals with disabilities. I have a brother and sister who are mental disable, one is autistic and the other has cerebral palsy I have been taking care of them all their lives. I find these individuals very smart I believe you can learn so much just being around them. It would be a honor to work with YAI
