People’s Arc of Suffolk, a chapter of The Arc New York, has grown from a handful of volunteers into one of the region’s most trusted organizations. We are a leading advocate for people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our range of programs and services includes educational programs, day habilitation services, community residences, and employment opportunities both on and off-premises. At the heart, People’s Arc of Suffolk is a community united by a shared goal: to provide a life of opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Catholic Guardian Services

Catholic Guardian Services (CGS) offers a range of social services to people in need. These services include: child welfare services, family support services, and mental health services. Provided in the communities where our clients live, CGS services strengthen and support families and children.

Behavior Frontiers opened its doors in 2004 with the commitment to helping individuals with autism and other special needs reach independent goals and strengthen existing skills. Our team of dedicated clinicians develop research-based ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) care programs that cater to each client’s needs in areas such as play, social, communication, and cognitive skills. Present day, we continue to help individuals and families in over 70 different regions nationwide, including homes, communities, schools, and centers.
