If you can't honestly answer a question like this, then you need a lesson in humility. Many employers aren't looking for "know-it-alls". They are looking for smart, confident people who are capable of recognizing their weaknesses and shortcomings and willing to work at surpassing them. They are also looking for people who recognize that they still have plenty to learn, and are eager to do so.
