I responded that I am a few minutes late on occasion. I also said this was a problem I recognize and am working very hard to solve. They told me that if I am even ONE minute late, I might as well be two hours late, and that it messes everyone up for the whole day. This makes me wonder how they can not adapt to accommodate one small inconvenience. I understand being late is bad and disrespectful. However, this is literally the only bad thing I bring to the table and I make sure that I make up for it plus some. I was not given a chance to prove this.
