I was asked "Why shouldn't we hire you?" Which is such a lazy trick question. I answered honestly and they used my answer to not hire me. If I refused to answer, I'm sure I also would have failed the interview. If they wanted a BS answer then they are fostering an environment that encourages lying to succeed. My initial reaction was honesty and that was not rewarded, it was punished. After I finished my answer, both interviewers told me they would be "unable to answer" the question themselves.
